Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after your request has been reviewed and approved. Once processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes:

• Seller Error: If the refund is due to an error on our part, no charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If the refund is requested because the customer cancelled the order after confirmation or after dispatch, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
